Huge game by Dauda boosts Cambridge over Brampton, 4-1Galt Arena Gardens Sat, Feb 08, 2014 Story by Narrative Science.
Adam Dauda was all over the ice for the Cambridge Winter Hawks, as he tallied two goals and one assist in Cambridge's 4-1 win over the Brampton Bombers. Dauda scored on the power play at 2:09 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Cambridge and again while on the power play 4:30 into the second to make the score 2-0 Cambridge.Brampton's power play was ineffective against the Winter Hawks' penalty kill, which allowed one goal while shorthanded. Cambridge capitalized on the Bombers' penalties, netting three goals while skating with a man advantage. Cambridge also got points from Cody Gratton, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Anthony Guido also scored for Cambridge. In addition, Cambridge received assists from Scott Pawson, who had three and Matt Pinder and Hudson Michaelis, who each chipped in one. The Bombers ended with 17 minutes in penalty time with six minors and one major. For Brampton, Brandon Stapley was ejected from the game.
