The zCaledonia Corvairs came close to giving away a three-goal lead to the xSt. Catharines Falcons, but did just enough to escape with a 5-4 victory.

zCaledonia led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when the Corvairs' Cody Brown's scored at 7:34 in the first period to put zCaledonia up 3-0.

New Player had a great game for the Corvairs, netting two goals. Player's tallies came at 20:00 into the third period to make the score 4-3 zCaledonia and 20:00 into the third to make the score 5-3 zCaledonia.

zCaledonia forced xSt. Catharines goalie Knick Dawe to work between the pipes, taking 42 shots.
