The xLondon Nationals had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-1 win over the St. Marys Lincolns. xLondon was led by goalie Justin Tugwell, who finished with 25 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Tugwell will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 4.65. The Nationals were led by Kyle L Robinson, who racked up one goal and one assist. Robinson scored 15:25 into the first period to make the score 2-0 xLondon. Drew Worrad assisted on the tally. xLondon stifled St. Marys' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Nationals' offense rang up 44 shots on the Lincolns' net. xLondon's goal total was higher than its season average.
