Chris Scott netted a hat trick to lead the xLeamington Flyers over the St. Marys Lincolns, 3-0.

Scott's first goal came 8:21 into the second period. He then added goals at 18:19 into the third and at 19:59 into the third.

xLeamington excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. The Flyers featured an improved defense during the game. xLeamington allows 2.4 goals per game. The Flyers forced St. Marys goalie Andrew Masters to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots.

In addition, xLeamington received assists from Colin Moore, Kyle Quick, and Dylan Seguin, who each chipped in one.
