Behind a great game by Mitchell Amante, who had one goal and two assists, the Leamington Flyers defeated the Strathroy Rockets, 6-1. Amante scored on the power play 4:13 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Leamington. Leamington had gained a power play chance when Tyler Coleman was whistled for hooking. David Dalby picked up the assist. Amante dished an assist on Dylan Seguin's goal that made the score 1-0 Leamington at 6:23 into the first period. He added another helper on Chris Scott's goal that made the score 4-1 Leamington at 1:54 into the third period.The Flyers' Austyn Roudebush was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 31 saves and let only one puck past him.
