Riley Roberts was all over the ice for the Sarnia Legionnaires, as he tallied one goal and three assists in Sarnia's 7-4 win over the Lambton Shores Predators. Roberts got on the board by slotting home a goal 2:57 into the third period to make the score 5-3 Sarnia. Thomas Moxley assisted on the tally. Roberts dished an assist on Hunter Tyczynski's goal that made the score 3-3 at 6:08 into the second period. He then added assists on Tyczynski's goal at 12:29 into the second and on Ryan Vendramin's goal at 12:58 into the third.The Legionnaires kept Lambton Shores' goalie busy throughout the game, and Justin Tugwell made 40 saves on 47 shots. Sarnia found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. The Legionnaires average 4.5 goals per game. Sarnia also got points from Vendramin, who also registered one goal and one assist. Sarnia also had goals scored by Jay Clarke, who had one and Josh Kestner, who had two. In addition, Sarnia received assists from Riley Babkirk, who had four and Nathan Mater and Tyler Prong, who contributed one a piece. The Predators were helped by John Warren, who finished with one goal and one assist. Warren scored on the power play 19:17 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Lambton Shores. Lambton Shores had gained a power play chance when Kestner was whistled for high sticking. Tanner Ferguson picked up the assist.
