Gatineau Mustangs pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 12 penalty minutes.

Gatineau Mustangs was sparked by Vincent Proulx, who registered one goal and one assist. Proulx scored 11:06 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Gatineau Mustangs. Joey Mazerolle assisted on the tally.

Connor Hicks took the loss and made six saves before being replaced by Jordan Vachon who made eight saves. Metcalfe Jets incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
