Renfrew Timberwolves came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. Renfrew Timberwolves trailed 2-0 after a goal by Ottawa Canadians' Parker at 13:26 in the first period. Renfrew Timberwolves knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Cole Allard at 5:42 in the second period.

Renfrew Timberwolves stifled Ottawa Canadians' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Renfrew Timberwolves forced Ottawa Canadians goalie Matt Couvrette to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots.
