Renfrew Timberwolves tried its best to erase a four-goal deficit, but Perth Blue Wings would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 7-5.

Perth Blue Wings took a 7-3 lead during the third period, only to have Renfrew Timberwolves storm back on a Cole Allard goal 19:33 into the third period to pull to two goals down.

Blair Barr had two goals and two assists to lead Perth Blue Wings. Barr scored the first of his two goals at 14:07 into the first period to make the score 4-1 Perth Blue Wings. Christian Bueti picked up the assist. Barr's next tally made the score 6-2 Perth Blue Wings with 14:09 left in the third period. Perth Blue Wings had gained a power play chance when Teddy Suckow was whistled for slashing. Zac Rodier assisted on the tally.
