The Toronto Junior Canadiens' penalty kill was superb, as Toronto survived multiple penalties to beat the Milton Icehawks, 6-3. The Junior Canadiens were paced by Aaron Spivak, who finished with one goal and one assist. Spivak scored on the power play 7:43 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Toronto. Toronto had taken the advantage when Milton's Alex Riche got sent off for boarding. Aaron Thow provided the assist. The Junior Canadiens' offense rang up 35 shots on the Icehawks' net.
