Mathew Thompson had two goals and one assist to lead the Orangeville Flyers to a 5-2 victory over the Hamilton Red Wings. Thompson's tallies came at 6:05 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and 9:36 into the second to make the score 3-1 Orangeville.Orangeville put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Hamilton to score on any of its three power plays.
