The Milton Icehawks had trouble finding ways to stop the Burlington Cougars, which beat Icehawks, 5-2.

Viktor Mueller had a great game for Burlington, netting two goals. Mueller found the back of the net 4:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Burlington and again while 19:00 into the first to make the score 3-0 Burlington.

Morton Josh recorded 34 saves for the Cougars. Burlington incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. For the Cougars, Mueller was ejected from the game. Milton incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors.
