The Lindsay Muskies, who led by three goals at one point, survived a comeback attempt by Lindsay and clinched a 4-2 victory. The Muskies led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Lindsay's Stefan Von Egelbrechten's scored at 4:10 in the second period to put the Muskies up 3-0. Von Egelbrechten had a great game for Lindsay, netting two goals. The Muskies' offense rang up 42 shots on the Orangeville Flyers' net. Lindsay additionally got points from Jake Ryan, who also registered one goal and two assists. Lindsay also got a goal from Austin Eastman as well. More assists for Lindsay came via Austin Brown, Brandon Washer, Davis Gadjovich, Jacob Walters, and Joseph Vocino, who contributed one a piece. Lindsay was unable to stop Orangeville from sending pucks towards the net, and the Flyers eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. Orangeville was helped by Ian Nichols, who tallied one goal. Nichols scored on the power play 15:44 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Lindsay. The Flyers earned a power play opportunity when Walters was put in the box for cross checking. Keegan Ackerland picked up the assist. Angelpooulos Peter also scored for Orangeville. In addition, Orangeville received assists from Kyle Thacker, Austin Rigney, and Matt Mercer, who each chipped in one. Branden Francey rejected 29 shots on goal for the Muskies. Lindsay incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with four minors. Orangeville's Taylor Welsh stopped 38 shots out of the 42 that he faced. The Flyers incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
