The St. Michaels Buzzers' Bron Loiselle scored 1:02 into overtime to beat the North York Rangers, 4-3 (OT). St. Michaels came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Buzzers trailed 2-0 after a power play goal by North York's Gabriel Valenzuela at 7:09 in the first period. St. Michaels knotted things up at 3-3 on a goal by Valadao Adam at 10:01 in the third period. In a losing effort, the Rangers were led by Adam, who had two goals and one assist. Adam scored the first of his two goals at 1:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 North York. John Carpino provided the assist. Adam's next tally made the score with 9:59 left in the third period. Valenzuela assisted on the tally. St. Michaels also got points from Jake Evans, who also racked up one goal and one assist. St. Michaels also got a goal from David Italiano as well. More assists for St. Michaels came via Jake Clements, Nick Iafrate, and Marco Ferraro, who contributed one a piece and Matt Alvaro and Joseph Berton, who each chipped in two. North York stifled the Buzzers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Rangers forced St. Michaels goalie George Argiropoulos to work between the pipes, taking 32 shots. North York additionally got points from Valenzuela, who also tallied one goal and one assist. The Buzzers' Argiropoulos stopped 29 shots out of the 32 that he faced. St. Michaels incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Jason Pucciarelli rejected 19 shots on goal for North York. The Rangers totaled 15 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major and went 1-for-3 on the power play. For North York, Jeremy Szabo and Anthony Latina were ejected from the contest.
