Alexandre Savard-Belanger stood on his head and made 26 saves to lead the xOttawa Senators to a 2-1 victory over the Hawkesbury Hawks. xOttawa was paced by Matthew Dupont, who racked up one goal. Dupont scored on the power play 14:23 into the second period to make the score 2-1 xOttawa. The Senators had gotten the advantage when Hawkesbury's Jonathan Cyr was sent off for hooking. Ryan Collins provided the assist. xOttawa was held below its usual level of production. The Senators average 4.1 goals per game. xOttawa also got a goal from Yannick Crete as well.
