Sean Keating recorded a shutout against the Cornwall Colts as the Pembroke Lumber Kings picked up a 4-0 win. Pembroke's penalty kill excelled, as the Lumber Kings gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays. Pembroke was paced by Mark Petaccio, who finished with one goal. Petaccio scored 4:46 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Pembroke. Dylan Staples provided the assist. The Lumber Kings stifled Cornwall's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Pembroke was steadier on the defensive front than it has been for much of this season. The Lumber Kings allow 3.0 goals per game. Jordan Larson also scored for Pembroke. More assists for Pembroke came via Kyle Shaw, who had two and Dylan Chase, Felix Chamberland, Ryan Erickson, and Patrice Wren, who contributed one a piece.
