The Carleton Place Canadians, who led by three goals at one point, survived a comeback attempt by the Kemptville 73s and clinched a 4-3 victory.

Carleton Place led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when the Canadians' Stephen Bayliss's scored short handed at 9:19 in the second period to put Carleton Place up 3-0.
