Karson McCartney racked up one point to lead the Smiths Falls Bears to a 2-1 victory over the Cumberland Grads. Smiths Falls managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Bears wound up below its season average of 15.0 penalty minutes per game. Smiths Falls' offense rang up 37 shots on Cumberland's net. Smiths Falls also got a goal from Neil Doef as well. In addition, Smiths Falls received assists from Chris King, Nic Marchand, Victor Beaulac, and Stefano Momesso, who contributed one a piece. The Grads were led by Travis Douglas, who scored the team's only goal. Douglas scored 13:42 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Tyler Pancel provided the assist. Michael Pinios rejected 18 shots on goal for the Bears. Smiths Falls registered zero goals on two power play opportunities. Reilly Turner made 35 saves for Cumberland on 37 shots.
