Boston Junior Bruins wins tough contest against Winnipeg Junior Jets, 4-2

Boston Junior Bruins and Winnipeg Junior Jets were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Boston Junior Bruins made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Bryan Roy secured the win for Boston Junior Bruins with a goal in the third period.

Boston Junior Bruins was led by Roy, who registered one goal. Roy scored 7:38 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Boston Junior Bruins. Culin Wilson provided the assist.

Boston Junior Bruins put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Winnipeg Junior Jets to score on any of its five power plays.
