Toronto Bulldogs outlasts Pennsylvania, 3-2

The game between Toronto Bulldogs and Pennsylvania was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Toronto Bulldogs emerged with a 3-2 win.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Owain Johnston secured the win for Toronto Bulldogs with a goal in the third period.

Toronto Bulldogs got the win behind a great game by Johnston, who had one goal and two assists. Johnston scored short handed 13:38 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Toronto Bulldogs. Toronto Bulldogs played down a man on Luca Del-Bel-Belluz's tripping.

Toronto Bulldogs also got a goal from Justin Ertel as well. More assists for Toronto Bulldogs came via Roberto Mancini, who had one.

Toronto Bulldogs' defense shut down Pennsylvania's forwards for much of the game, and Pennsylvania got off only 11 shots during the contest.

Pennsylvania was led by Matthew Argentina, who registered one goal and one assist. Argentina scored on the power play 11:10 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania had taken the advantage when Toronto Bulldogs' Josh Orrico got sent off for tripping. Luke Natemeier assisted on the tally. Sam Lipkin also scored for Pennsylvania. In addition, Pennsylvania received assists from Ty Voit, who had two.

Will Jones made nine saves for Toronto Bulldogs on 11 shots. Toronto Bulldogs incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities. Michael Brown rejected 16 shots on goal for Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored two goals off of four power plays.
