Michael Neville was all over the ice for the St. Michaels Buzzers, as he tallied two goals in St. Michaels' 3-1 win over the Newmarket Hurricanes.

With the win, the Buzzers evened the series at 2-2 in the best of seven showdown.

St. Michaels' Adrian Ignagni was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 46 saves and let only one puck past him. The solid play of Ignagni will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.55.

The Buzzers' offense rang up 36 shots on Newmarket's net.

Troy Josephs also scored for St. Michaels. Other players who recorded assists for St. Michaels were Stephen Pietrobon, Jake Evans, Joseph Berton, Shane Conacher, and Mitch Marner, who each chipped in one.

The Hurricanes put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow St. Michaels to score on any of its four power plays. Newmarket's offense rang up 47 shots on the Buzzers' net.

The Hurricanes were led by Chris Chiste, who scored the team's only goal. Chiste scored on the power play 4:39 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Newmarket. Newmarket had gained a power play chance when Jake Clements was whistled for cross checking. Travis Dermott picked up the assist.

St. Michaels incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Matthew Wintjes made 33 saves for the Hurricanes on 35 shots. Newmarket incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
