Taylor Edwards recorded a shutout against the Chatham Maroons as the London Nationals picked up a 4-0 win. After the loss made the series score 3-1 in the best of seven series, Chatham faces elimination next time out. London's penalty kill excelled, as the Nationals gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays. London was led by Derek Todosichuk, who grabbed one goal. Todosichuk scored 2:03 into the second period to make the score 1-0 London. Ryan Tuffin picked up the assist. The Nationals stifled the Maroons' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. London also got a goal from Paul Hopkins as well. In addition, London received assists from Blake Thomas, Jeff Bauer, and Robert MacFarlane, who contributed one a piece. Edwards recorded 26 saves for London. The Nationals incurred 26 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Chatham's Darien Ekblad stopped 17 shots out of the 19 that he faced. The Maroons incurred 40 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
