The St. Michaels Buzzers relied on the sparkling performance of Adrian Ignagni in net to grab a 4-1 win against the North York Rangers. With the win, St. Michaels evened the series at 1-1 in the best of seven showdown. The Buzzers were paced by Jake Evans, who registered one goal. Evans scored 8:09 into the second period to make the score 2-1 St. Michaels. Cody Doiron provided the assist. St. Michaels stifled North York's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Buzzers kept the Rangers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Jason Pucciarelli made 32 saves on 36 shots. St. Michaels also had goals scored by Matt Buckles, who had one and Shane Conacher, who had two. In addition, St. Michaels received assists from Jared Walsh, Stephen Pietrobon, and Patrick McCarron, who each chipped in one. North York forced St. Michaels goalie Ignagni to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots. The Rangers were led by Scott Maguire, who scored the team's only goal. Maguire scored 6:31 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Adrian Ignagni made 34 saves for the Buzzers on 35 shots. St. Michaels incurred 52 minutes in penalty time with 11 minors. North York incurred 74 minutes in penalty time with 12 minors.
