Team OMHA White failed to take advantage of its power play opportunities and Team GTHL Royal shook off a number of penalties to win, 5-2.

Team GTHL Royal was led by Eric Eremita, who grabbed one goal. Eremita scored 17:54 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Team GTHL Royal. Ryan Hunt picked up the assist.

Others who scored for Team GTHL Royal included Patrick Fellows, who had two and Mitchell Marner and Noah Robinson, who each put in one. In addition, Team GTHL Royal received assists from Aric Smith, David Zeppieri, and Adrian Carbonara, who each chipped in one and Jacob Hayhurst and Ashur Elliot, who contributed two a piece.

Team OMHA White struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 14 penalty minutes for seven opposing power plays.
