Matt Wildman had one point to lead the London Nationals to a 5-2 victory over the St. Thomas Stars. The win by London clinched the best of seven series at 4-2. London also got points from Noah Schwartz, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Aaron Dartch, who also registered one goal and one assist. London also got a goal from Lance Pridham as well. In addition, London received assists from Jonathan Sims, who had two and Matt Fuller, Derek Todosichuk, and Sean Consitt, who contributed one a piece. St. Thomas was helped by Reid Oliver, who racked up one goal. Oliver scored on the power play 11:55 into the first period to make the score 1-0 St. Thomas. The Stars had gotten the advantage when the Nationals' Dartch was sent off for goalie interference. Scott Mitchell provided the assist. Martin Kudla also scored for St. Thomas. Other players who recorded assists for St. Thomas were Kevin Zacharuk and Mike Iacocca, who each chipped in one. Taylor Edwards recorded 26 saves for London. The Nationals incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. St. Thomas' Donald Edwards stopped 22 shots out of the 26 that he faced. The Stars incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
