Wilson, Georgetown blank Toronto Lakeshore, 2-0

Keegan Wilson recorded a shutout against the Toronto Lakeshore Patriots as the Georgetown Raiders picked up a 2-0 win.

The win gave Georgetown a 1-0 lead in the best of seven series.

The Raiders were led by Jacob Bauchman, who had one goal. Bauchman scored 11:07 into the third period to make the score 1-0 Georgetown. Tyler McCarthy assisted on the tally.

Georgetown stifled Toronto Lakeshore's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Georgetown also got a goal from Steve Hladin as well. More assists for Georgetown came via Brendan Woods, Anthony Marra, and Phil Kiss, who contributed one a piece.

The Patriots excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Keegan Wilson made 29 saves for the Raiders on 29 shots. Georgetown incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors. Joseph Pianta rejected 26 shots on goal for Toronto Lakeshore. The Patriots incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
