Breanne Wilson-Bennett gave TORONTO a 3-2 (OT) victory over MISSISSAUGA when she scored 21 seconds into the extra period. The win gave TORONTO a 1-0 lead in the best of one series. TORONTO's Liberty McKague stopped 27 shots out of the 29 that she faced. TORONTO incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Alysia DaSilva made 24 saves for MISSISSAUGA on 27 shots. MISSISSAUGA incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
