Elk River's Jaremko deadly on offense in 4-1 win against AndoverElk River Barn Tue, Feb 19, 2013 Jacob Jaremko was all over the ice for the Elk River Elks, as he tallied two goals in Elk River's 4-1 win over the Andover Huskies. Jaremko scored at 53 seconds into the third period to make the score 2-1 Elk River and again while on the power play 11:46 into the third to make the score 4-1 Elk River.The win gave the Elks a 1-0 lead in the best of one series. Elk River's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Andover power plays. Andrew Zerban also scored for Elk River. Other players who recorded assists for Elk River were Wyatt Edge, who had two and Blake Hillman and Reggie Lutz, who contributed one a piece. Andover did not rack up many penalties in the contest, totaling a minimal one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Huskies were led by Tyler Tomberlin, who scored the team's only goal. Tomberlin scored 1:08 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Andover. Calvin Rak assisted on the tally. MacLean Berglove recorded 21 saves for the Elks. Elk River incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Chase Perry made 26 saves for Andover on 29 shots.
