Colorado Rampage (MM) had a five-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-2 win over Madison Capitols (MM).

Colorado Rampage (MM) pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 26 penalty minutes.

Colorado Rampage (MM) was paced by Brady Bender, who grabbed one goal. Bender scored 16:08 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Colorado Rampage (MM). Jake Suter assisted on the tally.

Colorado Rampage (MM) forced Madison Capitols (MM)'s goaltenders to work between the pipes, finishing with 33 shots and forcing 26 saves. collin cropp made eight stops and Tommy Terrance made 18. Colorado Rampage (MM)'s penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on seven Madison Capitols (MM) power plays. The defensemen of Colorado Rampage (MM) were also effective in Madison Capitols (MM)'s zone, and came away with two goals.

Colorado Rampage (MM) additionally got points from Suter, who also registered two goals and one assist, Robert Salvato, who also had one goal and two assists, JJ (James Jr.) Huerena, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Logan Speelman, who also tallied one goal and two assists.
