Kyle Quick lifted the Wheatley Sharks to a 6-1 victory with a hat trick against the Alvinston Flyers. Quick's first goal came 6:44 into the second period. He then added goals at 17:21 into the second and at 3:31 into the third.The win by Wheatley clinched the best of seven series at 4-0. The Sharks' Marc Tremblay was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 34 saves and let only one puck past him. Tremblay certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 1.75 entering the contest. Wheatley forced Alvinston goalie Brad Jacklin to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots. Wheatley additionally got points from Sebastian Kanally, who also had one goal and one assist. Wheatley also got a goal from Austin Fontaine as well.
