The Mora/Hinkley-Finlayson Mustangs' Derek Graves had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 5-2 win over the Eveleth-Gilbert Golden Bears.

Graves' tallies came at 11:37 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Mora/Hinkley-Finlayson and 11:45 into the third to make the score 5-2 Mora/Hinkley-Finlayson.

Mora/Hinkley-Finlayson excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Derek Hirsch rejected 20 shots on goal for the Golden Bears. Eveleth-Gilbert incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
