The Bears were led by Evan Torgeson, who scored the team's only goal. Torgeson scored 13:25 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Brandon Gustafson picked up the assist.

Breyden Effertz recorded 16 saves for Minot, ND. Minot, ND incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities.
