Dylan Klatt was all over the ice for the Crookston Pirates, as he tallied two goals in Crookston's 4-1 win over the Park Rapids Panthers.

Klatt's tallies came at 1:20 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Crookston and 3:33 into the second to make the score 3-1 Crookston.

The Pirates put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Park Rapids to score on any of its three power plays. Crookston kept the Panthers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Cody Brumbaugh made 31 saves on 35 shots.

Ryan Bittner also scored for Crookston. In addition, Crookston received assists from Connor Morgan, Ryan Edevold, and Doug Larson, who each chipped in one.

Park Rapids was held below its usual level of production. The Panthers put an average of 3.4 pucks into the net per game.

Park Rapids was led by Noah Macpherson, who scored the team's only goal. Macpherson scored 34 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-1. Frank Moren picked up the assist.

The Pirates' Landon Stainbrook stopped 16 shots out of the 17 that he faced. Crookston incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. The Panthers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
