Anderson leads Bagley/Foston over Red Lake Falls, 5-2

The Bagley/Foston Flyers' Brady Anderson had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 5-2 win over the Red Lake Falls Eagles.

Anderson found the back of the net on the power play 11:17 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Bagley/Foston and again while short handed 9:46 into the third to make the score 5-2 Bagley/Foston.

Bagley/Foston's offense operated below it season average. The Flyers average 7.3 goals per game.

Bagley/Foston also got a goal from Sean LaVine as well. In addition, Bagley/Foston received assists from Tyler Godin, Luke Lane, Iver Papke, and Logan Thorson, who each chipped in one.

Red Lake Falls was led by Kayler Knott, who tallied one goal and one assist. Knott scored on the power play 3:45 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Red Lake Falls. A slashing penalty on Lucas Olson had put the Eagles on the power play. Taylor Kenfield picked up the assist. Zack Landman also scored for Red Lake Falls. Other players who recorded assists for Red Lake Falls were Alex Erickson, who had two.

Kenneth Davis made 25 saves for Bagley/Foston on 27 shots. The Flyers incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Wyatt Casavan recorded 24 saves for Red Lake Falls. The Eagles incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
