The Bemidji Lumberjacks tried to dig themselves out of a two-goal hole, but the Thief River Falls/Goodridge Prowlers held on for a 2-1 victory.

Thief River Falls/Goodridge made the score 2-0 on a goal by Logan Engelstad at 3:55 in the third period, and Bemidji got as close as 2-1 when Ben Christopher scored 11:40 into the third period.

Engelstad was all over the ice for the Prowlers, as he registered two goals in the win.
