Dixon Bowen finished with one point to lead the East Grand Forks Green Wave to a 2-1 victory over the Thief River Falls/Goodridge Prowlers.

East Grand Forks managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Green Wave ended up below its season average of 7.0 penalty minutes per game. East Grand Forks could not produce up to it normal offensive output. The Green Wave average 4.6 goals per game. East Grand Forks forced Thief River Falls/Goodridge goalie Tanner Holmes to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots.

Tommy Hajicek also scored for East Grand Forks. In addition, East Grand Forks received assists from Tye Ausmus, Tanner Tweten, and Grant Loven, who each chipped in one.

The Prowlers did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Thief River Falls/Goodridge puts an average of 3.6 pucks into the net per game.

The Prowlers were led by Grady Pederson, who scored the team's only goal. Pederson scored 16:40 into the second period to make the score 2-1 East Grand Forks.
