Jake Jackson had four goals and one assist to lead the Tartan Titans to a 7-0 victory over the Simley Spartans.

Jackson got on the scoresheet 16 seconds into the first period. He then added goals at 26 seconds into the first, at 1:18 into the second, and at 7:43 into the second.

Tartan stifled Simley's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Titans' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

Tartan also got points from Jake Picht, who also registered one goal and five assists to lead the team in points. Kevin Reddy also scored for Tartan. Other players who recorded assists for Tartan were Jake Kurschner, Eric Olheiser, Brady OSullivan, and Michael Friberg, who contributed one a piece.

The Spartans did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Simley averages 2.8 goals per game.

Tartan incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. The Spartans incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
