Jake Bever was all over the ice for the Chanhassen Storm, as he tallied two goals in Chanhassen's 4-0 win over the Shakopee Sabers.

Bever's tallies came at 10:21 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Chanhassen and 16:55 into the second to make the score 2-0 Chanhassen.

The Storm's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Shakopee power plays. Chanhassen's offense rang up 37 shots on Shakopee's net.

Chanhassen also got a goal from Bryson Burkholder as well. Other players who recorded assists for Chanhassen were Cody Seal, who had two, Jack Spillers, who had three, and Jake Theis and Cal Tentis, who contributed one a piece.

The Sabers' offense operated below they season average. Shakopee averages 2.9 goals per game.

Harlin Paradise rejected 21 shots on goal for the Storm. Chanhassen totaled 13 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play. Andrew Lyon recorded 33 saves for the Sabers. Shakopee incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
