Roo leads Totino-Grace over Spring Lake Park, 4-0

TJ Roo was all over the ice for the Totino-Grace Eagles, as he tallied two goals and one assist in Totino-Grace's 4-0 win over the Spring Lake Park Panthers.

Roo scored on the power play at 7:30 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Totino-Grace and again while 4:12 into the second to make the score 2-0 Totino-Grace.

The Eagles did not reach the goal total they have come to expect this season. Totino-Grace averages 6.1 goals per game.

Totino-Grace also got a goal from Connor Schmidt as well. More assists for Totino-Grace came via Jason Krych, who had two and Carter Roo, Brandon Hilliard, and Carter Lyons, who contributed one a piece.

Spring Lake Park was held below its usual level of production. The Panthers put an average of 2.6 pucks into the net per game. Spring Lake Park was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 14 penalty minutes.

Rory Davidowski rejected 17 shots on goal for the Eagles. Totino-Grace incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. The Panthers' Aaron Furlano stopped 22 shots out of the 26 that he faced. Spring Lake Park registered zero goals on two power play opportunities.
