Maple Grove falls to Minnetonka in overtime, 4-3 (OT)Maple Grove Premier Thu, Dec 13, 2012 Justin Bader gave the Minnetonka Skippers a 4-3 (OT) victory over the Maple Grove Crimson when he scored 2:36 into the extra period. Minnetonka was paced by Bader, who had one goal. The Skippers put 36 shots on net during the contest, more than the 5.8 they average per game. Minnetonka additionally got points from Thomas Vanneli, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Jack Ramsey, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Minnetonka also got a goal from Max Coatta as well. Other players who recorded assists for Minnetonka were Joseph Lindberg, Connor Thie, Jack Kuehn, John Schuldt, and Jared Ridge, who each chipped in one. Maple Grove's offense was clicking better than usual and put 27 shots on goal during the game, better than the 4.7 shots per game it averages.
