Coon Rapids rebounded from a one-goal deficit to tie Champlin Park, 1-1 (OT).

The Cardinals stifled the Rebels' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Coon Rapids was led by Stephen Braschayko, who scored the team's only goal. Braschayko scored on the power play 5:49 into the first period to make the score 1-1. The Cardinals had gained a power play chance when Reese Woods was whistled for cross checking. Garret Dey picked up the assist.

Champlin Park forced Coon Rapids goalie Zachary St. John to work between the pipes, taking 43 shots.

The Rebels were led by Luke Dalman, who scored the team's only goal. Dalman scored 1:02 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Champlin Park. Bryce Plunkett provided the assist.

St. John rejected 42 shots on goal for the Cardinals. Coon Rapids incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Grant Schuenke recorded 25 saves for Champlin Park. The Rebels incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
