The Lakeville North Panthers pulled out a 5-4 (OT) overtime victory over the Rosemount Irish on a clutch goal by Matthew Arnold.

Lakeville North was led by Arnold, who registered one goal. Arnold scored 4:45 into overtime to make the score 5-4 Lakeville North. Tristan Hazlett picked up the assist.

The Panthers forced Rosemount goalie Tom Fraune to work between the pipes, taking 46 shots.

Lakeville North also got points from Jack Diercks, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Hazlett, who also had one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Connor Hyden also scored for Lakeville North. In addition, Lakeville North received assists from Sam Petrick, who had two and Matt Ostdiek, Angelo Altavilla, Blake Rutt, Jared Inserra, and Brendan Cole, who each chipped in one.

The Irish stifled Lakeville North's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Rosemount was helped by Tom Linder, who tallied one goal. Linder scored 8:19 into the second period to make the score 4-3 Lakeville North. Luke Meade provided the assist. Rosemount additionally got points from Lukas Gillett, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Rosemount also got a goal from Evan Weiand as well. More assists for Rosemount came via Andrew Glad, Justin Crowell, Ryan Foley, Zach Bichler, and Anthony Winters, who contributed one a piece.

Pierce Wilson rejected 20 shots on goal for the Panthers. Lakeville North ended with no penalties and went 0-for-4 on the power play. The Irish's Fraune stopped 41 shots out of the 46 that he faced. Rosemount incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities.
