Bloomington Kennedy outlasts St.Louis Park, 4-3

The Bloomington Kennedy Eagles gutted out a close 4-3 win against the St.Louis Park Orioles.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Michael McCullen's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Bloomington Kennedy got the win with help from a great game by McCullen, who had one goal and two assists. McCullen scored 11:20 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Bloomington Kennedy. Brad Hinrichs provided the assist.

Bloomington Kennedy additionally got points from Hinrichs, who also racked up one goal and two assists. Conor Jensen also scored for Bloomington Kennedy. Other players who recorded assists for Bloomington Kennedy were Jacob Wells, who had one.

St.Louis Park was led by MILES MULARKY, who registered one goal and one assist. MULARKY scored on the power play 14:04 into the second period to make the score 2-2. An interference penalty on Sam Schmitz had put the Orioles on the power play. St.Louis Park also got a goal from CURT GREENBUSH as well.

David Johnson rejected 14 shots on goal for the Eagles. Bloomington Kennedy incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. RYAN FROOM made 26 saves for St.Louis Park on 30 shots. The Orioles incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
