The Burnsville Blaze used a three-goal second period to put away the Eastview Lightning, 6-0.

Burnsville was sparked by Ian Taylor, who registered one goal and one assist. Taylor scored 16:33 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Burnsville. Tyler Sheehy provided the assist.

The Blaze stifled Eastview's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Burnsville's defense was surprisingly good. The Blaze gives up 2.8 goals on average per game. Burnsville put 40 shots on net during the contest, more than the 5.0 it averages per game.

Burnsville also got points from Cole Borchardt, who also racked up two goals and one assist. Burnsville also got a goal from Dylan Weigel as well. In addition, Burnsville received assists from Brock Boesser, who had two and Sam Rossini and Dan Ames, who each chipped in one.
