The Windom Area Eagles pulled out a 4-3 (OT) overtime victory over the Waseca Bluejays on a clutch goal by Zach Bartosh.

Bartosh had one goal and two assists to lead Windom Area. Bartosh scored 5:21 into overtime to make the score 4-3 Windom Area. Travis Janssen picked up the assist.

Waseca was unable to stop the Eagles from sending pucks towards the net, and Windom Area eventually piled up 54 shots on goal.

Windom Area also got points from Janssen, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Devin Neilsen also scored for Windom Area. More assists for Windom Area came via Dylan Pigman, who had one.

The Bluejays' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Windom Area power plays. Waseca's offense rang up 35 shots on the Eagles' net.

The Bluejays were helped by Josh Metzdorff, who grabbed one goal. Metzdorff scored on the power play 1:42 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Waseca. An interference penalty on Tyler Presthus had put Waseca on the power play. Michael Priebe assisted on the tally. Waseca also got a goal from JP Eykyn as well. Other players who recorded assists for Waseca were Cody Ulfers, who had two.

Ben Stubbe recorded 32 saves for Windom Area. The Eagles incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Austin Stroda made 50 saves for the Bluejays on 54 shots. Waseca incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
