The Thief River Falls/Goodridge Prowlers tried to dig themselves out of a two-goal hole, but the Roseau Rams held on for a 2-1 victory.

Roseau took a 2-0 lead during the second period, only to have Thief River Falls/Goodridge storm back on a Logan Engelstad goal 7:01 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

The Rams were led by Alex Halstensgard, who had one goal. Halstensgard scored on the power play 13:02 into the second period to make the score Roseau. Roseau had gained a power play chance when Chris Forney was whistled for checking from behind. Zach Yon assisted on the tally.

The Rams' offense rang up 32 shots on the Prowlers' net.

Tanner Okeson also scored for Roseau. In addition, Roseau received assists from Alex Strand, who had two.

Other players who recorded assists for Thief River Falls/Goodridge were Isak Bergland, who had one.
