Jason Samuelson grabbed two points to lead the Rochester Lourdes Eagles to a 4-1 victory over the Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake Moose.

Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake was unable to stop Rochester Lourdes from sending pucks towards the net, and the Eagles eventually piled up 31 shots on goal.

Rochester Lourdes also got points from Karl Krecke, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Alex Funk also scored for Rochester Lourdes. In addition, Rochester Lourdes received assists from Ben Weir, who had one and Griffen Slightham, who had three.

The Moose found themselves stymied offensively, and got off a mere 14 shots against Rochester Lourdes' defense.

Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake was led by Drew Brockman, who scored the team's only goal. Brockman scored 15:11 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake. Oliver Winsor assisted on the tally.

Jack Berkel recorded 13 saves for the Eagles. Rochester Lourdes incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. The Moose's Darien Jones stopped 27 shots out of the 31 that he faced. Monticello/Annandale/Maple Lake totaled 35 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major and went 0-for-2 on the power play.
