Rochester John Marshall took a 4-0 lead during the first period, only to have Rochester Century storm back on a Dalton Travis goal 16:56 into the third period to pull to one goal down. Jake Dravis had a great game for the Rockets, netting two goals. Hunter Heightland also scored for Rochester John Marshall. More assists for Rochester John Marshall came via Garrett Strom, who had two and Alec McGinn, Nick Paulson, Sam Broman, and David King, who each chipped in one. The Panthers put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Rochester John Marshall to score on any of its five power plays. Rochester Century was helped by Mitchell Hoover, who racked up one goal. Hoover scored 2:20 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Rochester John Marshall.
