Bradley Rowlee had two goals and three assists to lead North Shore to an 11-3 victory over the Pine City/Rush City Dragons.

Rowlee found the back of the net short handed 4:31 into the first period to make the score 1-0 North Shore and again while 16:10 into the second to make the score 9-3 North Shore.

North Shore pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 18 penalty minutes.

North Shore found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. This season, North Shore averages 4.4 goals per contest. North Shore's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in three goals.

North Shore also got points from Tyler Schramm, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Luke Small, who also tallied two goals and two assists, Mills Johnson, who also racked up one goal and two assists, Lucas Kempffer, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, and Marcus Small, who also finished with two goals and one assist. Mike Nordean also scored for North Shore. In addition, North Shore received assists from Troy LeBlanc, who had one and Kory Buckman and Chad Smuk, who contributed two a piece.

Pine City/Rush City's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as the Dragons finished with 18 penalty minutes.

Pine City/Rush City was led by Danny Pitzen, who tallied two goals. Pitzen scored the first of his two goals short handed at 6:09 into the first period to make the score 1-1. The Dragons found themselves down a man on Zach Smith's roughing. Pitzen's next tally short handed made the score 8-3 North Shore with 4:31 left in the second period. Pine City/Rush City also got a goal from TJ Gross as well. Other players who recorded assists for Pine City/Rush City were Chris Maki and Jake Kleinsasser, who each chipped in one.

North Shore registered one goal on eight power play opportunities. Pine City/Rush City registered one goal on seven power play opportunities.
