Logan Norman had two goals and one assist to lead the Luverne Cardinals to a 6-0 victory over the Windom Area Eagles.

Norman found the back of the net 8:06 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Luverne and again while 11:54 into the first to make the score 2-0 Luverne.

Luverne was boosted by Kendall Meyer, who turned in a shutout with 29 saves. Meyer certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 1.81 entering the contest.

The Cardinals stifled Windom Area's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Luverne forced the Eagles goalie Ben Stubbe to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots.
